19) Imagine your OTP spending their last moments together knowing that death would await them shortly.
20) Imagine Person A breaking up with Person B for an unexplained reason. Person B later finds out that Person A has died away from a rare disease. Person A had broken up with Person B because they didn’t want their loved one to see them wither away.
21) Imagine person A giving person B a handmade gift.
22 ) Imagine your OTP moving in together for the first time.
23 ) Imagine your OTP having an ordinary conversation, and the last thing one of them says before they need to leave is “I’ll see you later!” And imagine them never coming back.
24 )Imagine your OTP genderbent!

[style= font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: center; float: left; text-transform: uppercase; padding: 03px; background: #4c4c4c; margin-top: 03px; margin-right: 03px; font-weight: bold; color: #ddd;]#01 REITA X YUUHEI It was strange to have some sense of peace and quiet. The sense of stillness that he longed for quite often, where no one would judge him. Yes, it was certainly unfamiliar to Yuuhei but he could not say that he minded it. He welcomed it with open arms as it was nice to just stare out into the sky quietly, the sun not even fully up yet. Yes it was cold but he didn't mind that too much either.
"Yuuhei." came a voice that he was now very familiar with. The voice of the purple haired girl who put her hair in a pony tail. She set down a tea set on a table that he was sitting next to before sitting on the other side of the table. As they were at the balcony, they were practically sitting side by side if it wasn't for the table blocking them. "I thought I would find you here." she commented with her usual small smile.
"Where else would I be?" Oh that didn't come out right. He just wanted to know if she had checked anywhere else. "I don't exactly have many rooms I would go to here." he continued in his curt cold voice. He really needed to work on his social skills or at least in relaying his thoughts anyway.
"Well I did checked Chronos's room but he didn't seem to be having any nightmare." Reita commented, her eyes never judging him. It felt nice that she never tried to tell him what he needed to improve on but always ready to help him if he wanted to better himself. The blue haired teen merely gave a nod as he took a sip of tea before the conversation went on. They talked about school, upcoming tests, events, clubs, teams and their home life. Soon though their conversation suddenly switched when Reita commented, "Oh Yuuhei, the sun is rising."
Yuuhei looked at his phone for the time and dryly replied, "It is sick o'clock"
"It's pretty." the Takamatsu stated not minding his dry voice as she was used to it by now, "It's been so long since I've seen a sun wise with someone." she added as she stood up from her seat and walked to the edge of the balcony. She rested her arm on the small barrier that only went up to her rib before turning around, "Don't you think Yuuhei?"
The blue haired male can only stare as the sun slowly rose from behind her. It was at such an angel that she looked like she was glowing and despite the fact that he could not fully see the rising sun, he noted that the sight he saw was as magnificent. "You're blocking the sun." he merely stated inwardly wincing at another mistake only for the girl to laugh not sounding offended at all. "Strange." he commented but before he can continue a voice called out to the two.
"There you two are." came the voice that made them turn their heads over to the door. "I don't remember my father paying you two to be a couple in our house." he stated with a small huff, "Come on, I made breakfast so lets eat. I rather not be late to school" he urged them before taking a few steps away from the door of the balcony and towards the stairs but stopped after his third step as he realized something, "Oh, I only made the food because you two were taking too long and seemed to have made too much. Be grateful."
"Did you make any vegetables?" Reita asked folding her arms with a small mischievous smirk as she knew the boy's hatred for green food. Yuuhei had merely stared at the nine year old who took a nervous step back.
"I didn't have time for that." came his obvious lie as he averted his gaze from them.
"What are you talking about? It's six, we have a lot of time right Yuuhei?"
"Children need their vegetables." the blue haired male agreed.
"I'm not a child!" Chronos cried out.
As the sun rose out of its slumber, Yuuhei's peace had went away with it. The peace and quiet he once had was not filled with noise of Chronos complaining and Reita trying to get him to eat his vegetables. There was some yelling and exhausted sighs and at times Yuuhei trying to step in to get the boy to eat. It was quite taxing but a familiar feeling to Yuuhei but he could not say that he minded it at all. Actually he quite welcomed it.[/style] |

Employers wanted their maids to dress up and look pretty, smile while they did their work and always have a curtsey ready for them whenever they rounded the corner. Lilith scowled while doing her work. She grunted in response when spoken to. And she hardly ever curtsied. Needless to say, it had been difficult to keep employed with this sort of outlook, especially when one hated the rich as much as she did. They didn’t care whether she lived or died, they didn’t care how her day went, they didn’t care about a goddamn thing except whether their house was clean or not. She belonged to a class below theirs, and thus, she didn’t matter one speck to them. She had lost a string of jobs talking back to her employers this way, letting them know just what she really thought about them, and had managed to work her way through the numerous mansions and large houses in the city until she had come to the Nakamura manse.
During her interview, she had stood boldly in front of the lady of the household, scarcely blinking an eye at the mistress’s finery. Wide lacy sleeves, a high collar, and a tightly laced bodice; all very fashionable, Lilith had no doubt, but she could care less about the great ladies and their styles. She was just a working girl, what they wore didn’t matter to her unless she had to wash it.
Thankfully, the interview hadn’t comprised of many questions, otherwise Lilith would have been bound to give her some sort of rude answer and been tossed out. After much speaking on the lady’s part and much tenseness on her part, Lilith had finally heard the blessed words; “You’re hired,” The mistress declared, one silken gloved hand coming up to absent-mindedly touch at her abundance of piled-up jade hair. “Where’s the housekeeper?”
A boy had stepped forward- he had remained silent during the entire interrogation, so quiet that Lilith hadn’t had any trouble forgetting about his existence. When she had cast a closer eye on him, she had assumed that he was the mistress’s son; he had her hair, though in a darker hue, and had worn the type of apparel that only the wealthy could afford. “Y-you fired her, Mother,”
The lady had tossed her head. “No wonder I had to conduct this interview on my own. Well! See her to her quarters, Hideki, there’s a good son,”
The boy had mutely nodded, before walking over to the door and holding it open for Lilith to pass through. She remembered how that had made her eye twitch in vexation. Stalking over to the door, she had hissed at him, “I can open the door just fine on my own, thanks,” before managing to catch herself. “I mean….thank you, sir,” That word had sounded forced coming out of her mouth, as it always did, but the male had accepted it with a mute nod of his head. Closing the door behind them, the two had walked down the path through the house that led to Lil’s new room in silence, awkward on his part and sullen on hers. Lilith would have been happy to let things remain this way- she tried not to talk to the rich as a rule- but he had interrupted the silence before too long.
“S-so…hah…w-what’s your name?” he had asked, his voice tremulous, but sounding genuinely, shyly curious. After a reminder to be polite, Lilith had spoken up.
“Lilith, sir,” she had replied, keeping her eyes straight ahead. She had determined to herself from Day One to never give these rich people more than she could help, but something about the male’s voice had made her go on. Perhaps because he had actually sounded…actually interested. “…but…I prefer Lil.”
Something had caused her to turn her head to the side, to look at him. He had been peering shyly at her through his bangs, gazing at her with a timidly fascinated gaze, with eyes such a bright, warm shade of green that Lil couldn’t help but stare. She had never seen anyone else with such a shade of green before. Her own plain chestnut eyes had stared back in to his, captivated. A moment passed like this, their gazes locked on to each other’s, before the male had hurriedly looked away. Lilith, mentally cursing, had swung her gaze back up to the front. Idiot! Idiot! One didn’t gaze at the master like that, with their lower class eyes! Thankfully, they had arrived at the door to her quarters at that point. “H-here it is,” the male had squeaked, waving his hand towards it.
“Thanks,” Lil had replied, feeling mortified. Mentally, she had sworn to herself that if she never saw this boy again, it would be too soon.
Instead of leaving, he had lingered a moment longer by her door. “Um…u-um….s-see you around, I suppose?”
Her answer had flown out of her mouth all too quickly for her liking. “I suppose,”
He had smiled then; a warm, tentative, happy grin, one that had made her blink as her heart tripped for the slightest moment. He had left then, leaving her alone to make herself at home.
It had been six months since then. And despite the constant sass Lil couldn’t help but give everyone, she retained her job in the household. She liked to tell herself it was because of what a fantastic worker she was. But, something in the back of her head told her it was because of the green-eyed boy.

And why? Because she wanted to go looking at stars in the middle of the night and he was her bodyguard so he had to accompany her. Ok, it was for a school project she was working on. And it was dangerous for someone to be out alone in the middle of the night in some field outside of the city of Tokyo. So he was here being a good bodyguard and just laying down on his back beside where Fuyumi had set up her telescope. He tried to play connect the dots with the stars but that didn't last too long. He eventually broke the silence.
"You know, this could possibly be a good date. Too bad your face and poopy hair ruins any chances of that," the male said, sitting up from his former laying down position. Fuyumi looked away from her telescope and at him with her usual straight-faced self. Though it was clear she was annoyed by him. "I have no intentions on having a romantic relationship with you. You are - how do you put it - not my type," she replied to the boy. "Ok good, because you aren't my type either. I don't date poopheads," the male said back. She was such a turn-off after all with her nagging and strict personality. The only relationship they could have was a business one.
"I also don't see how this could be romantic. I'm doing homework. I don't expect that you do homework on dates. That doesn't sound like a way you would try to woo someone with," Fuyumi said to the Tsukami. She couldn't see someone like Sin doing homework in the first place, not to mention on dates. Sin laughed. "No, I meant watching the stars. You know, be in the dark, look up at the stars, maybe even try to make up pictures with them. And of course make-out," he listed while looking up at the stars. Fuyumi shook her head before returning back to her notes. She wasn't interested in any of that. Well, why would she be? And especially not with Sin of all people. "This is more enjoyable thank you," she said referring to her work. She did like astronomy after all. That and tea. If she had tea right now this will be wonderful!
So her notes were more fun than he was? That was homework and he was a person. A host to be more exact and tons of girls would rather spend time with him than do their homework in some deserted field any day. "Well I think I'm more fun than a bunch of notes," he mumbled. Fuyumi pretended to not hear and payed more attention to her notes. Sin then out of some whim he could not even explain, maybe because he was still a tad bit high from some drugs he took before coming here (well, he had to be kept sane somehow), he took Fuyumi's notebook and threw it a bit of a distance away from them.
Fuyumi was not amused.
"Fetch," she ordered him, pointing at her notebook like he was some kind of dog. She stared at her thrown notebook, or where she thought he had thrown it since it was too dark to actually see it, waiting for the purple haired male known as Sin to retrieve it for her. That did not happen. When she looked back at Sin, the male smiled at her in a way that made the girl look away. Her face seemed to have risen a few temperatures but luckily it was too dark to see any sort of change in color. "That idiotic grin," she muttered too quiet for Sin to hear. Did he find it amusing that she now lost her notes? Whether Sin noticed or not Fuyumi wouldn't know, but he did laugh when he took Fuyumi's hand. Fuyumi tensed up at this sudden physical contact.
"See? Better without those notes here, right?" he said still wearing that idiotic smile. The male then layed back down on his back to look up at the sky again, still holding onto Fuyumi's hand. "Come on, let me show you how you are supposed to look at stars," he said. Fuyumi was reluctant at first. "I'll get your notes back if you do," Sin added. Eventually Fuyumi laid down on the ground beside her bodyguard and looked up at the sky. Sin then started to point to stars.
"Look Poophead, that's a bunny!"
"No, what you are pointing at is the big dipper."
"Well I say it's a bunny. Just like that is a bunny girl over there."
"Actually that is-"
"No! It's a bunny girl!"
"I don't see how this is supposed to be enjoyable," Fuyumi said, done with this and now sitting up. Sin sat up as well and sighed. "Forget it. You have no imagination in that poopyhead of yours. I'll go find your notes."
And with that, Sin let go of Fuyumi's hand and disappeared into the dark to look for the lost notebook. Was she really that uncreative? Fuyumi looked back up at the sky. Maybe if she squinted her eyes and turned her head enough, the big dipper might look like a bunny. She just couldn't seem to see it and a part of herself was just the smallest bit upset by this. Upset she is unable to make such a connection.

Reiko had said she would be back by four, and the hand on the clock read nearly fifteen minutes after four. Fifteen. Minutes. Another boyfriend would have just shrugged it off, sat down on the couch, and watched some television while he waited for his partner to return. But not Shinkuto. Punctuality was a very important thing, as he had stressed to Reiko at the beginning of their relationship. Arriving later than the scheduled time was a serious breach of manners. But it went deeper than that; if he had been waiting for someone else, perhaps he would have sat down and relaxed. But since it was Reiko he was waiting for, he didn’t. He couldn’t help but worry about her. The city was a dangerous place, after all, and even though Reiko had lived her entire life in it and was more than capable of taking care of himself…well, worrying was just one of those things boyfriends did. Boyfriends like Shinkuto, at least.
The green-haired adult tilted his head to the side as a sudden noise assaulted his ears; a car engine. Quickly striding towards the front window of his shared house with Reiko, he brushed aside the flimsy white curtains and peered out to see if she had at returned at last. The first thing he noticed was the (rather shitty) car idling in his driveway, causing him to wrinkle his nose in distaste. The second thing he noticed was Reiko embracing a stranger, right next to the aforementioned idling shitty car.
Shinkuto’s body became completely still. Green eyes unreadable, he watched Reiko detach herself from the mysterious blond and step back. The stranger said something with a grin, causing the brunette’s shoulders to shake with laughter, before he hopped in to the automobile. Waving at the female, he pulled out of the driveway and took off down the street, his engine rattling so loud that Shinkuto bet a deaf person could have heard it. The brown-haired female paused long enough to watch the car tear down the street, before hopping up the steps to the house and opening up the front door.
“I’m home!” she called out loudly, before looking around and spotting Shinkuto next to the window. Eyes sparkling, cheeks tinged pink from the chill outside, she unwrapped her scarf from around her neck and hung it on a peg, before stepping forwards to give Shinkuto their traditional ‘welcome home’ kiss.
The male stepped back.
Reiko paused and blinked, confusion swimming in her ruby eyes. “Shinkuto? What is it?” she asked, stepping forwards again.
The male took another step backwards in response, maintaining his distance. “Who was that?” he queried in return, jerking his head in the direction of the window.
“Who?”
“The blond with the tin can.” the automobile didn’t deserve to be called a car. It put the good name of cars everywhere to shame. “You know, the one who…hugged you?”
Comprehension dawned on her face. “What…Shinkuto, are you jealous?” A small smirk began to play around the corners of her mouth as her confusion evaporated.
Shinkuto could have rolled his eyes. Him, jealous? No, he was concerned about the bigger issue at hand here, the one which apparently Reiko couldn’t see. He couldn’t understand how she couldn’t; it was so obvious. What he was talking about was much more important than whether Reiko had the, quote, ‘hots’, for Blondie. “No, Reiko,” he replied, a distasteful tinge entering his voice. “I am not, in fact, jealous. I am more concerned about the germs.”
The smirk still remained on Reiko’s face, but it was obvious to anyone that it was fading quickly. “Wh- germs?”
“The boy clearly has germs, Reiko, one only has to look at his…automobile to see that. And now, you have germs too.” He looked her up and down critically, eyes carefully inspecting every inch of her that Germ-Boy might have touched. “You’re going to have to wash your clothes. And take a shower. I shall attempt to locate the Febreeze canister,” That would be his contribution to this cleansing; he was not going near Reiko while she still might be infected. She could deal with that on her own, she was a big girl.
Reiko’s expression had gone from amused to exasperated in a heartbeat. “Shinkuto, Nevi does not have germs. You’re being ridiculous again.”
The man repressed a delicate shudder. Nevi. Even his name was germy. “I am not being ridiculous, Reiko,” he told her, his voice calm. “This is a very real problem. I am afraid that I cannot come near you while you’re still contaminated.”
She got that stubborn look on her face- an expression he knew well. Folding her arms across her chest, she looked him square in the eye. “I am not changing or showering just so you can indulge in your childish paranoia.”
Shinkuto raised a hand and slid his glasses off his nose, taking a handkerchief out of his pocket and cleansing them. He hadn’t wanted to do this, but with how ridiculous Reiko was being, he had no choice. Him, childish? She was being the ridiculous one here.
Pocketing his handkerchief, he slid his glasses back on and peered out at Reiko through them. “Reiko, I am afraid that until you come to your senses, you’ll just have to sleep on the couch. I cannot allow our bed to become contaminated with germs.”
The couch was uncomfortable, more so than he had thought it would be. Staring stonily off in to the distance, Shinkuto attempted to shift his body so as to make him more comfortable, but to no avail. He had no doubt that he would wake up sore in the morning, his body aching, but did Reiko care? No.
“Would you like me to fetch you a blanket, sweetie?” she called out from somewhere behind him. “You’re going to get cold. Oh, wait, the blanket probably has germs, never mind,”
Shinkuto didn’t reply. Instead, he kept staring across the room, boring holes in to the wall with his eyes. She was most certainly not buying herself any favors with that attitude.
A moment later, he felt something drift down to cover his body. He stiffened momentarily, before realizing it was a blanket; the scratchiest blanket that him and Reiko owned, but still a blanket.
“Good night, Shinkuto,” he heard her say, her hand gently brushing against his cheek.
He turned his face towards her palm, brushing his mouth against it. “Good night,” he murmured in reply. Her fingers paused only to tuck a lock of stray hair behind his ear, before they were gone. He heard the sound of her footsteps walking away, and a moment later, the lights were out.
She still better take a shower.

The air was surprisingly cool against her pale skin, sending shivers throughout her petite body, and making her teeth chatter rather uncomfortably. Kotone was tired, and she most certainly desired the warmth of her bed, but before she could do anything about that, something occurred to her which only brought on a sense of panic: she had fallen asleep. Kotone hadn't meant to slumber. She had meant to be alert, on guard, awake for the thing that she knew would happen once again. Her eyes immediately fixated on the window closest to her, peering out, searching, and to her surprise, that's when she saw 'them'.
Now was her chance, and so bolting straight up from her armchair, the young maid was on her feet, and dashing for the front door. "You!" she shrilled into the black of night, door having swung open so hard, one might have thought it would have become unhinged. A small group of three turned their attention to her, shock clearly evident on their faces; they didn't think they would be caught, after all.
"You delinquents!" With a startling amount of speed, she was practically gliding across her front yard. Naturally, they scrambled to flee, and while Kotone knew full well she could not possibly prevent all of them from escaping, she could certainly settle for less. An icy, forceful grip latched onto the slowest of the group. "L-let go of me, lady!" he yelled and tugged to free his arm, but free he became not, as her grip only proceeded to tighten. "You come onto my property again and again, tainting whatever you touch! You destroy any sanctity I have left, and yet you come back, defiling even more! All for some sort of sick, childish—"
"You're crazy!" the teenager interrupted while he attempted to shove her away. The young maid's eyes flared, and with her unoccupied hand, she slapped him across the face, leaving the body part to burn from impact. "You're crazy for vandalizing my home, my things, and my beloved! Look at what you've done! Look!" she wailed louder, before then abruptly pushing him into the direction of the garden; he stumbled, caught off guard by her actions. "You and the rest of them," her gaze flickered off towards the street, before then focusing back onto the teenager in front of her. He was quickly finding his balance again, but even so, she carried on; there was no way he wouldn't be able to hear her, after all.
"leave me alone! Leave my home, my things, and my beloved alone! You won't ever come back! You won't ever, ever, ever come back!"
And then he was gone.
Kotone didn't know if it was the tears clouding her vision, or if the teenager really had just ran that fast, but she couldn't see him anymore.
Her throat ached, and her body shook; no longer angry, she only hurt. She bent at her knees, sobbing, and like soothing a scar, her hands began to rub over the footprints left in the soil, until they were gone like the delinquents who had caused them. The young maid didn't even like dirt; it had been her job for years and years to rid of it, but all this soil had been part of something beautiful, and she wanted that beauty.
She wanted it so much.
"I miss you, Taiyo." she cried as she delicately shifted the stems that held up the tulips, the roses, and everything else—just so they could stand up taller and grow, and be beautiful. She couldn't let them die—she just couldn't. They had to live, they had to be beautiful.
There was thorns that cut her hands as she did all that shifting around. They were the same thorns that had cut Taiyo's hands the first time he had planted something, but she didn't care, no matter how much it hurt. She let her hands bleed, laughing painfully at the memory of her husband slowly becoming more and more involved with the garden, until it had practically become his. She had encouraged him to continue on, and she would often sit beside him, and sometimes they would even work on the same flower together; it had seemed so sweet, so innocent. He hadn't been a bad man, and being with him—a part of him—in all those small moments had always made her feel beautiful.
Kotone would have done anything to feel like that again, and maybe that was why she so desperately held onto all the life she could get from that garden.
His garden.
Their garden.
To pluck, and water, and trim, and fertilize; just so something beautiful could be hers, again. [/style] |

Mori Ryu had managed to invade every spare gap of time that hadn't been taken up by school for the whole day, and she couldn't help but struggle to figure out if the action was sweet or if she found it completely irritating. At the moment she was leaning towards the later, growing annoyed at the sight of his messy mop of his red hair whenever she saw it coming. At one point she had even tried to walk faster but had still failed to manage to loose him, and when she did it was like he had some kind of tracker to know exactly where she was at that exact point in time.
At lunch he had been there, smiling as she approached the table, blowing her a kiss as she made her way over. Apparently he seemed to find her reaction of maintaining a scowl whilst she blushed completely hilarious until she threw one of her textbooks at his head. But still he had kept that irritating smile on his face for the whole hour that was allotted for the sole purpose for eating, and she was sure he had been staring her for the whole time. Not that it mattered, it was just staring ...
And then there was the grand insistence to walk her back to her classroom, like he thought she'd get lost or something?! She wasn't sure what he was playing at but it was completely unnecessary. Then there was the fact he insisted on escorting her to the Hostess Club at the end of the day, before proceeding to make sure he waved at her everytime he came past on his travels from the A/V club! As a fellow musician he must have known how distracting he was being and was probably only doing it to be annoying.
Still, it was time to go home so she'd hopefully able to leave him-
"Hey Kitty-chan! You look cold" the redhead's voice chirped before wrapping the scarf he had been wearing round her neck, causing the irritated glare to come back into her eyes before glancing at the eye patch wearing male. Quickly she loosened the scarf round her neck before trying to march away, only to find him grabbing onto her hand. "Hey what's-" "Why have you been following me around all day!? If you have something to say to me then just spit it out!" the half American exclaimed, looking up at the rather stunned Ryu before turning round and walking away.
"Do you want to watch a movie with me?" the redhead shouted after her, watching with a smile as the scholarship student turned round and looked at him with a look of disbelief in her clear blue eyes "I'll let you pic-" "You've been following me around all day to ask me to a movie!" the girl exclaimed, almost shocked at the fact that all the hassle had been caused because he was nervous about asking her out! The redhead scratched the back of his head, a nervous smile on his face as he replied "Yeah I just thought it'd be nice, you don't have to go if you don't want to!" The black haired female stood still for a second before smiling slightly, muttering softly "I'll think about it" God he was an idiot
... but she was kinda glad he was hers.[/style] |

[style= font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: center; float: left; text-transform: uppercase; padding: 03px; background: #4c4c4c; margin-top: 03px; margin-right: 03px; font-weight: bold; color: #ddd;]#07 SHAWN X HARUNA She had been totally ignoring him. This wasn't like when she would ignore him due to the fact that he flirted with any girl that breathed, this was much worst. Something was on her mind, she was acting as if he didn't exist at all. Sure, she would do that sometimes because she wanted to show him that she wouldn't fall for him but, everyone knew that as a lie. They were dating after all, weren't they? Or well they've been for a month or two now and everything was going well let him tell you that, everything until that day.
Haruna, his second year girlfriend had been ignoring his texts and even his calls for the whole weekend. Even now at school, she didn't even bother saying hi to him instead she walked on as if she didn't even see him. Well, it wasn't like she saw him anyways she acted as if she was too into her game that she carried around. He must have had done something to piss her off but, he wasn't sure what. He was trying his best, you know, he didn't flirt with girls anymore ...or tried his best not to.
During lunch Shawn had entered her classroom to find her sitting in her desk still looking at her portable game. Did she think that avoiding him would solve anything? He wasn't great at relationships, let him tell you that but, even he knew avoiding things and pretending you're distracted with a game didn't do you any good. So, he took a seat in front of her, not caring whoever's chair he was stealing at this point. The boy placed his elbows on her desk and his chin in both of the palms of his hands, staring straight at her in the eyes. However, she didn't look up or even acknowledge that he was here.
"Haruuu-chaan." He called out for her.
Silence.
With a grunt the male did what he had to and pulled the portable game away from the girl finally getting her attention, although it wasn't the best attention.
"Hey!" she finally spoke however there was much anger in her voice and he felt as if the intense stare she was giving him could actually murder someone. "Give that back!"
"No way, you need to stop avoiding me. What did you get mad at me for now, Haru-chan?" He quickly got to the point making the girl pause for a moment, blinking.
"I am mad at you?"
There was a moment of silence as Shawn stared down at the game before looking back up at her.
"Are you not?"
The kohei gave him a huff, blowing up some of her bangs only for it fall back down on her forehead. She held her hand out before rolling her eyes, "well I will be if you don't give the game back." She ordered.
"So ...you really were playing the game?" He questioned once again.
"Yes, now I am almost done the Ferravia Nevi chapter! I want the true ending so give it back!" She demanded.
The boy blinked, confused as ever. Ferravia Nevi chapter? Wasn't that a name of a famous singer? He then looked down at the game's screen where apparently this very attractive 2D male named Ferravia Nevi was flirting with Haruna. What? Was she playing an otome game!?
"You don't need to play this -- you have me!" He exclaimed, "I am like the real life thing and I look way more attractive than this guy-!" Not to mention, he was her boyfriend not this 2D version of Ferravia Nevi!
"So? I just got this game on pre-order."
"But-" He paused, trying to figure out what he should do to distract her away from it. What would his two mentors do? Strip? No, that'll probably just get him kicked out of the room by her.
"You said we'd go on a date today."
"I did?" The girl questioned still eyeing her game, "but I need to finish this chapter by today, maybe another time?"
Was she serious? The third year blond looked down at the portable game again, why was this so much better than him!? The boy, without thinking, ejected the disc from the portable device and with all his might threw it out of the window. A gasp could be heard from the girl but, all he could do for a moment was smirk.
"There, now you can go on a date with me." He told her looking over to her. He swear he saw fire coming out of her, it wasn't just aura, for sure he saw real fire.
"HOLT SHAWWWWWN! That game isn't even out in stores yet!" The girl burst, "What is wrong with you!?"
"I just wanted you to stop ignoring me!" he shouted back.
"You can't just throw away whatever I am doing so I'd give you my full attention, stop being so spoiled!" She screamed at him, quite furstated. She really missed her childhood crush, the Shawn who was so ...not this. "God damn it Shawn, grow up!" She continued to yell at him before picking up her bag and storming off leaving the third year in the room with a couple of other eyes staring at him. However all he could stare at was the dust she had left and outside the window where he threw away something that was apparently precious to her.
It had been three days after the incident and she couldn't say she was quite over it. Did she really go that far ignoring him? But, it wasn't her fault, he was the one who had threw her game away! She was so mad that she had ran out without even taking her game console back from him! Now she couldn't even play other games to get her mind off of it.
The girl had been ignoring his phone calls for the past day or so, he wasn't going to get his so called dates now, not after what he did. He was going to have to do a lot to earn her forgiveness. So, the girl laid on her bed looking up at the ceiling quite bored of her mind when she heard a knock on her window.
Raising her eyebrow she sat up to turn to check what was going on with her window, of course she shouldn't be surprised to see the blond staring at her through it. The pink head only rolled her eyes mouthing 'go away' before falling back onto her bed but, he wouldn't stop knocking and he was bound to start annoying the neighbors!
So she had to get up to open the window for him, what a troublesome guy.
"This better be good." She hissed at him as soon as the window was open. The boy climbed in through the window right away without being invited but, once again she wasn't surprised. "What do you want?"
He pulled her portable game console out of his back jean pocket, handing it to her. "To apologize?"
Despite the girl still giving a frown, she did take her console back. "Do you think giving me my console back will make me forgive you? You really need to step up your--" However she was cut off.
"No, no turn it on."
"Why?"
"Turn it on!" he insisted. Haruna sighed before turning on the power of the console, she gave Shawn a glance who just kept insisting to look at the screen. A familiar voice came on, the voice of a certain famous singer who was made into 2D just for the game.
"You bought another one?" She gasped, looking up at him once again.
"Well, I thought about what you said ...I guess I was just a tad jealous so, I er ...went to look for it after school. But, you wouldn't take my calls so I couldn't give it back to you." The third year answered and once he saw how complete she looked, he guess he was happy too. The boy took a few steps back, "well...have fun with your game or whatever." He told her, despite still sounding bitter he had tried his best to not fight over Haruna against the game.
"Wait!" Haruna called out for him as he pulled one leg over the edge of the window. He watched as the girl fidgeted around for a while, "What about ...that date you were talking about?" She asked him which automatically got him grinning.
"You're choosing me over 2D Ferravia Nevi?" He asked, perking up.
"Well...you are my boyfriend, r-right?"
Of course he was, take that 2D Ferravia Nevi, take that. [/style] |

Every day was a battle that she barely survived- though, at this point, Desiree wasn’t sure if she wanted to. Life hadn’t been worth living ever since her big brother had left this world- ever since Desiree had snapped. She hadn’t meant to, not in a million years, she had loved her big brother to bits, so much that it had hurt. Of course she hadn’t meant to, no one ever meant to kill the love of their life…but in the end, she still had. And the knowledge of that killed her inside every day. She had just wanted him to love her. Had that been so much to ask? It wasn’t much, was it? Her heart had overflowed with adoration for him- it still did. The fact that she could not stop loving a dead man only made things harder.
She had refused to move out of his bar afterwards, and after a while, her brother’s friends had simply stopped trying. Eli had called her fucking crazy; he had wanted to get rid of her. But Ren had merely smiled his disgusting smirk, shrugged, and moved on with his life. Desiree had wanted to rip that sickening smile of his off his face. She had wanted the world to be in as much agony as she was. How could he just smile like that when Logan was gone? She had been furious, but in the end, had realized it was for the best. Logan Northman was hers to mourn, hers alone.
The bar was always silent now, almost eerily so, but Desiree didn’t care. She still spent every day in it, rarely bothering to go out and scarcely leaving her brother’s couch. It was a hideous piece of furniture, filled with holes, that sagged whenever someone sat on it, but it still had Logan’s scent. Lying down on it, Desiree buried her face in to one of the cushions and inhaled sharply, as her big brother watched from the corner of the room.
Logan Northman was as dead as dead could be. But he wasn’t entirely gone. Some part of him remained, lingering in the world. If he were to call himself anything, he supposed he would have settled on ghost. Not that it mattered; no one could see him anyways, not even his little sister, the girl he had seen grow up from child to beautiful, lethal young woman. He just hadn’t realized how lethal. He had every right to hate her; she had thrust him out of this world with a series of cuts. But, somehow, he couldn’t bring himself to. He had never been the type of guy to hold a grudge, always quick and ready to forgive, and, he noted with a sad sort of quirk of his mouth, it seemed death hadn’t changed that.
He just wanted to tell Dessy that it wasn’t her fault, that it was alright, that he forgave her. But he was powerless to do anything to let her know that. Now that he was dead, he had thought that in the very least he would get some awesome supernatural powers to make up for being deceased, but apparently not. So all Logan could do was stand by helpless and watch his sister sob day after day after day.
He couldn’t go until she knew that he forgave her, but the fact that he couldn’t do anything to make it better was killing him all over again.
Desiree had started crying again, he noticed, her shoulders shaking with every sob. A particularly loud one caused him to flinch. Big brothers were supposed to protect their little sister, make everything okay. But how could he do that, when he was goddamn dead?!
"L-Logan-nii," Dessy choked out, her voice muffled slightly by the couch. Knowing he shouldn’t, but unable to stop himself, the male made his way to the front of the couch and crouched down until he was eye level with his sister. Her eyes were red, and swimming with fresh tears. That alone cut Logan to the heart. He didn’t want to be the source of such grief, but there was nothing he could do to stop it.
"L-Logan-nii, I-I’m so-so-sorry," Desiree hiccupped, gripping tightly at the couch cushions. "I-I-I’m s-so sorry-" Giving up on the speaking, she let out a wordless shriek of agony and misery.
Not able to take it anymore, Logan reached forward with transparent fingers and desperately attempted to wipe those tears away, as he had done so many times before. "Shh, no Des, don’t cry, don’t cry Dessy, it’s alright-" he said, voice cracked with urgency. "It’s alright, Des, it’s alright!" Of course, his touch did nothing. His fingers passed through her face, no matter how hard he willed them to not.
Her eyes lifted and stared right in to his. Logan froze. Had she been able to feel something from his touch after all? Had she-
Her eyes stared sightlessly through him, before flickering away in a different direction. "L-Logan-nii-"
If his heart hadn’t ceased to beat, it probably would have shattered. Gently, Logan withdrew his hands and slowly stood up. He would have thought that the dead couldn’t feel pain; but apparently, that was wrong. [/style] |

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 200px; padding: 15px;] ❝ YOU ARE NOT ALONE ❞
#13 CHRONOS X CLEAR As a young kid, Chronos had thought asking for a day off, no, even asking for a change in shifts had been too much. That it was a sign of laziness. Something he would had reprimanded Raiden for but now it was different. Or rather he just found himself in a situation he did not think he would be in. Here he was, in front of the door of his superior, Mochizuki Fuyumi. A light knock on the door to signal her of his presence on the other side of the door. "Mochizuki-san, I have a request.""Come in." came her usual calm - almost detached - voice on the other side. He opened the door and the male did not find it surprising to see her working. No, it was quite hard for the twenty-eight year old to find her not working. At times he wondered if she even would work at home like his father used to do before his retirement. He stepped in and closed the door quietly behind him before taking a seat. She did not bother to give him a glance. "What is it that you wish to request Leingod-san?""A shift change." he answered trying his best not to sound nervous. "A shift change?" she echoed him. The air hung heavy and he gave a nod. A momentary thought before the question, "Why?""My son is going to go to school." he stated. "And?""I wish to be there for him." Something his father had never done. He knew how important work was. That he had a duty to not only the police force but also the name that he carried. But at the same time he knew how it felt to see the other kids have their parents take them to school while he was merely dropped off by his mother's assistant. Now she looked at him as if to gauge the male before a simple nod. "Only because you have done an upstanding job. Do not make a habit of this." there was a small hint of a threat there and he gave a nod. As he walked out...he let a sigh of relief. That was why three days later, he was with Clear who had been happy to see he was able to change his shift. "Corny. Aren't you excited?" Despite the fact that they were now adults, she still stuck to that nickname. She was still somewhat of her childish self as well. Energetic and full of energy. "Nero is going to go to school now!" she told him for what he counted to be the fifth time today as he drove the car. He gave a nod. "I know." he told her before glancing in the mirror to see the child. Nero did not seem excited, if anything he had seemed nervous. His brown bangs blocking those silver irises that the man was sure was looking at the ground. He can almost recalled that emotion. "Nero, aren't you excited?" he heard his wife asked. The child made a small sound as a sign of discomfort. Unlike his mother, he was not the talkative type but unlike his father, he wasn't that argumentative either. No, he kept his thoughts to himself and at times bottled up. That was something he was sure that the boy got from his mother. "Nero?""I'm scared." he admitted. "What if the other kids don't like me?" That's right, for the most part, he had never spent time with the other kids. "What if they think I'm too girly like Grandpa Eli and make me do training?"He almost accidentally hit the car in the other lane at the shudder. He knew the pain his son goes through. Even if Clear's father of a monster was old...he was still as scary as ever. Well just not as strong but for a kid, it must still be scary. "You'll make friends I promise." Clear beamed at him. And soon they arrived at the parking lot. It wasn't hard to find a spot which he had been relieved about. Opening the door, he walked out and watched as his son grabbed both his and his wife's hands. "Will you two come with me?" Nero asked obviously worried. "I have a job to go to." Chronos informed his son. "I'm sorry. But we'll pick you right up when school is out okay? And then we'll take you to ice cream and you can even play with fatass jr."The man still could not help but arch a brow at the name for the cat. Why was that name so important to the Ramsey - or should he say Kazehaya - family. He hesitantly let go of their hand and gave a nod but did not move. And so the raven haired man knelt down and looked at his son in the eyes. "Leingod Nero." he spoke the boy's full name to get his attention. "Yes father?""You'll be fine." he told him his voice quite sure. "You might not be able to make a friend right away but I promise you, you will. It took me years before I made a friend but I eventually met Clear. And it's great. Try to talk to the other kids. Not all of them will be as bad as you think." he told him trying his best to have a small smile upon his features. "And even if you don't make a friend today, your mother and I will be here for you." So he wasn't alone. He gave the boy a small hug. "You won't be alone." That's right, he won't be alone. Chronos will make sure of it. And slowly he let the boy go and take a step back before giving him a sure nod. Nero gave a nod back before heading over to try to talk to the other students on his first day of school. It was then he felt someone patting him on his head. A small blink as he turned and saw Clear standing on the tip of her toes to pat him. "Good job Corny." she grinned at him. "I'm so proud of you.""Clear." he tried his best to make his hair as neat as possible. Or at least not patted before taking her hand. "Come, I still have an hour before work. Lets go somewhere together." he urged and she gave a nod walking with him to his car. |
